1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mere Saathi mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility & Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use Mere Saathi. By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to agree to these terms. To prevent bots and spam accounts, we require valid mobile phone verification during the registration process.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Rules of Conduct

When using our live audio rooms and profile matching tools, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, insult, threaten, or abuse other members of the community.
• Share hate speech, racist slurs, discriminatory comments, or sexually explicit content.
• Engage in scamming, soliciting money, or offering commercial services to other users.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or manipulate audio room metrics.

5. Creator Programs & Payments

Verified Stars and Conversation Coaches are eligible to participate in monetization programs (e.g., Virtual Gifting). Gifting conversions are subject to platform fees and standard tax deductions. Attempting to manipulate gifting metrics or buy fake interactions will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of payouts.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, safety, or accuracy of the service. Your interaction with other members is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mere Saathi, its parent companies, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform, or from the conduct of any other platform user.

8. Account Deletion & Termination

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can request account deletion directly within the Mere Saathi mobile application under Profile Settings → Account Security → Delete Account.

Upon deletion, your personal details (including voice intros, match preferences, images, and chat logs) will be permanently purged from our active databases. Any accumulated virtual gift balances, creator tokens, or platform achievements will be immediately forfeited and are non-refundable. For safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, we may retain certain transactional records or verification logs for a standard regulatory period.
